We guarantee our merchandise to be free of all manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for refund or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: ALL FACE MASK, FILTER AND NOSE BRIDGE SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to COVID-19, for the protection of our employees, our shipping carrier partners and our customers, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges for our Face Masks, filters or nose bridges.
If you have a damaged product, please email us a photo to info@weartheshield.com. We will happily send you a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Shipping
All shipments are made with USPS and will be shipped out in 3-7 business days of purchase.
The Wear The Shield team are working 7 Days per week to have orders shipped out to our customers and are doing our best to make sure every single order gets shipped out to our customers ASAP.
Tracking Information Updates will be available once USPS scans the package in as received.
Please note - Shipping Carriers (USPS, Fedex, DHL and USPS) have been experiencing delays when it comes to scanning orders in their system and updating tracking information in a timely manner.
Shipping Delays:
Some customers have been experiencing delays to both their shipments and tracking updates. Due to current market conditions, all shipping carriers have been experiencing delays with the scanning of orders and updating of tracking information in their system.
Please note: Once a shipping label is created by Wear The Shield, the tracking will show the status as "Pre-Shipment" and our fulfillment team will physically deliver the orders to USPS within 1 Business Day. Our team is taking the measures to physically bring every order that is in Pre-Shipment to our shipping carriers at USPS to reduce delays in having USPS pick up the package.
If you have an order that has the tracking status of Pre-Shipment, Order in Transit, Arriving Late or On Hold greater than 7 days, we urge you to call USPS Customer Service at 1 800-275-8777 and say the word "Agent" to be able to speak to a live agent.
If there are any orders that are stuck in Pre-Shipment status longer than 14 days, please email info@weartheshield.com and we will re-ship your order to you ASAP. No questions asked!
